This page explains what happens to your email address if you put it on the waiting list. It is short because very little happens to it.

Who is responsible

Gregor Suslov, a private individual based in Estonia, is the data controller. You can reach me at business@gregorsuslov.com about anything on this page.

When the company behind this is registered, this section will name it instead, along with its registry code and address.

What I collect

Only your email address, and only if you type it into the waiting list form yourself.

I do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

Why I collect it

To email you once when The One-Person Agency opens, and occasionally before that if there is something genuinely worth saying. Nothing else.

The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site and stores the submissions on my behalf. Netlify acts as a processor and does not use your address for its own purposes.

I do not sell, rent, trade or share your email address with anyone else. It does not go into any lead list, CRM or advertising audience.

How long I keep it

Until the launch has happened and you have decided one way or the other, or until you ask me to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project never launches, the list gets deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to:

Email me and I will do it. No form, no process, no delay beyond how long it takes me to read the message. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate if you think I have handled something badly.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. If the change affects how your email is used, I will email you rather than quietly update this page.
